I'll try not to go overboard here. I won't even quite rage I'll name all the issues in an angry fashion 
1. Very few people enjoy the new source. I personally don't mind it but it does not seem to be very popular.
2. the lagg. The Lagg. THE LAGG!!! IT'S SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!! There seems to be almost a cycle to it.... normal play for 5 seconds, freeze for 10, play for 5, play for 10, play for 5....
3.People were reset again. I don't think it's much of an issue since you usually refund them and sometimes give them more than they have, but it is an issue since it is so often.
4.Some people may quit out of frustration.
There are other, smaller things but these are the important ones.
